What exactly can I book for?
The Groovy House rooms are available for all things content! Shoots, brand events, PR events and so much more!
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We sure do: cancellations made 7 days in advance will receive a refund in full. Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 24 hrs are non-refundable.
Is there any equipment included?
3 Nanlite Forza 150 LED Lights with stands and 2 soft boxes. Colorama - available colours: white, pink. More available by request. K&F Concept 72” tripod. Dining room is stocked with props: glasses, tableware, cutlery, etc.
Is there any equipment I can hire?
Equipment including studio lights is not included in the hire fee. Please contact us for rates.
Can I move or remove furniture?
Groovy House is a fully furnished and decorated studio. Furniture is not to be moved without prior approval.
What amenities are included?
Natural light, wi-fi, complimentary tea and coffee, ground floor, multiple bathroom facilities, separate dressing room (bluetooth speaker, clothes steamer, clothes rail & hangers, portable heater and AC unit, extension cords, tripods (with phone and camera attachments), dressing table, floor length mirror, open shelving storage, debobbler, clothes clips, mini sewing kit, safety pins and first aid kit.

24 hour access is available.
What are your payment options?
Payment is made via bank transfer.
What is your smoking policy?
Smoking, flames or vaping is not allowed inside the house.
Can I book a tour of Groovy before booking?
Yes! Email info@groovyhouse.co.uk to book.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes bookings starting within 48 hours. Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for bookings starting within 24 hours are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, email info@groovyhouse.co.uk to see if we can accommodate your date change.

What’s accessibility like?
There is one step to get into the house. Once in Groovy House, the Marrakech Room, Blue Room, Kitchen and the Dressing Room are on the bottom floor. The Blank Slate is upstairs on the first floor.
